Warranty Replacement Policy

We offer a 1 year warranty for all items purchased from BeautyProStore.com. Warranty is calculated from the original date of purchase. If you experience problems with an item please contact our customer service department at 877-220-0555. Please note there is a $10.00 fee to cover shipping and handling. We do not offer any refunds only exchange for the exact item. If we no longer carry the item you are replacing, we will help you find a suitable alternate.

100% Satisfaction

At Beauty Pro Store, we want you to be 100% satisfied. We will gladly refund or exchange any merchandise with original packaging within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Damaged items due to improper handling or negligent care may not be accepted for refund. If you are unsure about the proper use of your purchased equipment, please refer to the product usage manual or consult the manufacturer before use.

Please note shipping charges are not refundable.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items if they have been removed in any way from their original packaging:
Hair brushes, skin care products, and styling products.

Please Note: You are responsible for the return shipping fees when you return products for replacement or exchange.

Return Procedures:

1. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-220-0555 to obtain a return authorization.

2. Re-pack the item in the original manufacture's packaging and place in shipment box. Please be sure to include all items, pieces, and parts.

3. Please include a copy of your invoice.

4. Send it back to BeautyProStore.com via your preferred carrier. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please contact customer service for the returns address.

5. Once we receive the package, please allow up to 10 days for processing and refunds.

Please Note: We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring your return shipment. BeautyProStore.com is unable to issue a credit or refund for any items damaged or lost on their way back to us.

Damaged Shipment

If your item is damaged in transit, shipped incorrectly or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will send you a UPS return label. Once your returned item is received a new product will be sent out to you free of charge. Please be sure to inspect your package carefully when it arrives.

Refused Shipment
If an order is refused or returned the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
